COVID-19 Updates:

During these uncertain times, the health and wellbeing of our customers and our S57 team are our top priority. Please read the following for our most recent updates:

Clinic Opening

S57 Health & Wellbeing Clinic is open. All services and appointments are still available.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

All our staff at S57 Health & Wellbeing Clinic will be following strict guidelines to keep everyone safe during assessments and treatments. This includes:

  • Wearing a PPE facial sneeze guard, gloves and apron when appropriate.
  • Wearing a face mask.
  • Cleaning and sanitising after every patient (although we’ve been doing this one for years).
  • Washing hands before and after each patient (again, we’ve always done this).
  • Full deep clinic cleans at the end of each day.

For our safety, we ask that you please bring your own face covering to the appointment. This can be a mask, handkerchief, bandana etc. whilst you are in our clinic.

Clinic Appointment Screening Questions

There will be a new screening process when you book a clinic appointment with us:

  • If you call to book, our team will ask you a series of virus screening questions over the phone e.g. have you been in contact with anyone who has shown symptoms of COVID-19? We will then decide if you are safe to come into our clinic, and if not, we will offer a full remote consultation either via telephone or online.
  • If you book online, we will send a confirmation email to you with the same virus screening questions (see above). If you do not pass these questions, please call us to arrange a full remote consultation either via telephone or online.
  • We will send these virus screening questions again with your appointment reminder email.
  • When you arrive at the clinic, we will once again run through the virus screening questions with you. This is because these answers can change from the time between booking an appointment and arriving for your appointment.

Online Appointments

We can currently offer follow up appointments by telephone or online via Zoom (or another encrypted video call app). Patients with Private Medical Insurance need to check that their insurance scheme covers remote appointments prior to booking.
